Unexpected Love！I enjoyed this book about a soldier who had been injured badly in the War of Aggression， referring to the Civil war。 He is in need of medical help in order to successfully run his ranch。 It is also about a woman who tended men on the battlefields giving medical care who loved that she was able to save the lives of many who would have otherwise died before the field doctors could examine them。 She would have loved to go to medical school and become a doctor but medical schools did Unexpected Love！I enjoyed this book about a soldier who had been injured badly in the War of Aggression， referring to the Civil war。 He is in need of medical help in order to successfully run his ranch。 It is also about a woman who tended men on the battlefields giving medical care who loved that she was able to save the lives of many who would have otherwise died before the field doctors could examine them。 She would have loved to go to medical school and become a doctor but medical schools did not accept women at that time。 She and her patient had to enter a marriage of convenience to allow her to stay in his home and tend to his needs。I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did。 。。。more

Good book。 Add a half star。 Very good discription of the activity of the civil war and dealing with the stresses after。 Akso a good discription of women in the workplace even though they have had experience。 The book flowed well and I especially liked the extended epilogue。

I found this book to be a very enjoyable read with a good storyline and strongly created characters that kept my attention throughout the entire book！

Good readI enjoyed the story。 The problem that I had was they say this book was put together。 The spacing between every few sentences was distracting from reading the book。 a person spoke one sentence you would have two ones of space then another sentence two lines of space etc。 Throughout the complete book it was hard to know which sentence belonged to whom。
